What Happens at the Conference?
Visit this pagefor the full schedule. The conference consists of 3 main parts: Keynote Speaker Presentations, Illustration Workshop, and Autographing.
Keynote Speaker Presentations vary depending on the author. Authors may focus on specific books, their writing process, techniques, and/or make time for questions. These presentations are meant to provide information that will allow educators to teach horizontally. The more background information shared by the authors; the more educators can engage their students in deeper learning of a book. There are four Keynote Speakers who present at different times. Attendants can listen to each one!
The Illustration Workshop provides attendees with a close look at an artist's method of illustration.
Autographing sessions are self-explanatory! There are two sessions with all four Keynote Speakers.
